Open houses are a great way to attract interest in your home when it’s for sale, but in these days of Covid-19 everything has changed and we can no longer simply walk into a model home or open house. Virtual open houses have become the new reality. To be compliant, the Move With Marion Team has had to adjust, along with everyone else. We have invested in new equipment to bring our open houses to you! We are now advertising our open house “hours” in the MLS and on social media. During these designated times we are doing Facebook Live broadcasts and will give you an in-depth walking tour of our properties. You have the opportunity to ask any questions you’d like during the tour and we can answer in real time. Of course, if you still want to view the listing personally, we can do that by special appointment, while taking the utmost precautions to keep everyone safe. We are prepared to help!
